A video of former BBNaija housemate and actress, Erica Nlewedim expressing anger after a staff of British Airways attempted to downgrade her ticket from business class to economy, has surfaced online.

She created a scene at the airport when a British Airways staff member, identified as Stanley, tried to change her ticket from business to economy class.
