A video that earlier made the rounds showed the moment his mother was honored at the ceremony when he was called out as the valedictorian.

While sharing the video of the moment on his Twitter page, he noted that his mother had been the one carrying the family since their father passed away.

He prayed to God to bless her and every other mother like her around the globe.

His words read …

“After shaking hands with VC, I heard my mom screaming. I embraced her, and the VC asked her to come on stage. She knelt before the dignitaries—humbled and overjoyed.
Tears filled my eyes. She’s carried our family since dad’s passing.
God bless mom. God bless every mom like her”
