Edwin Castro, the man who won a $2 billion Powerball jackpot lottery last year February has lost his mansion to the Los Angeles wildfires.
The California man who won the world’s biggest-ever lottery prize of $2.04 billion in February last year spent $25.5 million of the lottery money to purchase a luxury mansion in Hollywood Hills.
However, unfortunately, Edwin Castro’s multimillion-dollar Malibu getaway has been destroyed in the horrific wildfires that happened in Los Angeles.
According to reports, the Califonia man also owns another mansion in West Hollywood, valued at £20.7million and also owns a home in Altadena.
But the fires razzed the property a few months after increasing his security.
According to reports, the destroyed property had five bedrooms and six bathrooms and was perched above the iconic Chateau Marmont hotel.
